1. Health
Your health is the most valuable thing that you have, and you only have one body. Keep it healthy by:
Reducing your sugar intake. There is no doubt that sugar is as addictive as any drug. Putting as little of it into your body as possible is one of the best ways to make your health a priority.

Walking away from bad situations. Toxic relationships are bad for your mental and physical health. If your romantic, plutonic, or even family relationships take more away from you than they give, you must find the strength within yourself to walk away.
Loving yourself. Perhaps more important than anything listed above is learning to love yourself. Life coach Tony Robbins says you can do this by being kind to yourself, meditating, and adopting an abundance mindset.
